Privacy policy

Effective date: August 5, 2026

GORSELI is a brand of Battle Born Global LLC (collectively, “GORSELI,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and otherwise process personal information when you visit gorseli.com, hydragoldskin.com, or another website or service that links to this policy; join a waitlist or marketing list; make or attempt to make a purchase; contact us; submit content; or otherwise interact with us (collectively, the “Services”).

For purposes of this policy, “personal information” means information that identifies, relates to, describes, or can reasonably be linked with an individual or household. It does not include information that is lawfully considered public, deidentified, or aggregated.

1. Personal information we collect

Depending on how you interact with the Services, we may collect:

Identifiers and contact information, such as your name, email address, telephone number, billing address, shipping address, account details, and order number.

Commercial information, such as products viewed, cart activity, purchases, returns, refunds, discounts, preferences, and customer-service history.

Payment and transaction information. Payments are processed by Shopify and other payment providers. We generally receive limited payment-related information, such as payment status, transaction identifiers, and limited card details, rather than full payment-card numbers.

Internet, device, and usage information, such as IP address, device and browser type, operating system, cookie or similar identifiers, pages viewed, referring pages, search activity, timestamps, and interactions with our Services and advertisements.

Communications and submitted content, such as emails, form responses, reviews, survey answers, photographs, videos, and product-experience reports. If you voluntarily report a product reaction, the information may include health-related details. Please do not place sensitive information in a public review.

Preferences and inferences, such as likely product interests, marketing preferences, and information derived from your activity with us.

2. Sources of personal information

We may collect personal information:

Directly from you, including when you subscribe, order, request support, submit a review, or report a product experience.

Automatically from your browser or device through cookies, pixels, tags, local storage, and similar technologies.

From service providers and business partners, such as Shopify, payment processors, fulfillment and delivery providers, fraud-prevention providers, email providers, analytics providers, advertising partners, and social platforms.

From other sources when permitted by law, including information you direct another person or service to provide to us.

3. How we use personal information

We may use personal information to:

Provide, operate, maintain, and improve the Services.

Create and manage subscriptions, customer records, accounts, orders, payments, fulfillment, delivery, returns, and refunds.

Communicate about the waitlist, launch access, product updates, orders, service messages, and customer support.

Send marketing communications where permitted. You may unsubscribe from marketing emails through the link in the email. Unsubscribing from marketing does not stop necessary transactional or service communications.

Personalize content, understand engagement, measure performance, and, where enabled and permitted, provide or measure advertising relevant to interests.

Prevent fraud, abuse, security incidents, and other harmful or unlawful activity.

Investigate product-quality or safety concerns, maintain complaint and lot records, comply with reporting obligations, and protect customers and the public.

Comply with law, enforce our agreements, establish or defend legal claims, and respond to lawful requests.

Evaluate or complete a business transaction, such as a financing, merger, acquisition, reorganization, or sale of assets.

4. Cookies and similar technologies

We and parties that support the Services may use cookies and similar technologies for functions such as keeping the site secure, remembering preferences, understanding use, measuring performance, and supporting advertising. The technologies used may include strictly necessary, functional, analytics, and advertising technologies. The specific technologies may change as our Services and vendors change.

Where required, you can manage non-essential technologies through the cookie banner or privacy-preference controls on our site. Browser settings can also block or delete cookies, although doing so may affect site functions.

5. How we disclose personal information

We may disclose personal information to:

Shopify, which hosts and supports our ecommerce Services and processes information as described in its own privacy materials.

Service providers that perform services for us, including payment processing, hosting, security, fraud prevention, analytics, email delivery, customer support, order fulfillment, shipping, returns, information technology, and professional services.

Advertising and marketing partners, when those services are enabled, to deliver, personalize, or measure advertising and understand interactions across websites or services.

Government authorities, law enforcement, courts, regulators, or other parties when we reasonably believe disclosure is required or permitted by law, necessary to protect rights or safety, or needed to prevent fraud or abuse.

Parties to an actual or proposed business transaction, such as a financing, merger, acquisition, reorganization, bankruptcy, or sale of assets.

Other parties at your direction or with your consent.

6. Sales, sharing, and targeted advertising

We do not sell personal information for money. However, privacy laws in some U.S. states define “sale,” “sharing,” or “targeted advertising” broadly. When advertising or certain analytics services are enabled, disclosing identifiers, device and internet activity, commercial information, or related inferences to advertising partners may be considered a sale, sharing, or targeted advertising under those laws.

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to opt out. Use the “Your Privacy Choices” or data-sharing opt-out link on our site, or contact us as described below. If you visit with a Global Privacy Control opt-out preference signal enabled, we will treat the signal as a request to opt out of activity that may be considered a sale, sharing, or targeted advertising for the browser and device used, as required by applicable law.

We do not knowingly sell or share personal information of consumers under 16 years of age.

7. Retention

We retain personal information for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this policy, including to provide Services, fulfill orders, maintain transaction and product-quality records, honor marketing opt-outs, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, meet legal obligations, and protect rights and safety. Retention periods vary based on the type and sensitivity of the information, the relationship involved, and applicable legal or operational requirements. We may retain deidentified or aggregated information where permitted by law.

8. Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any account credentials and for contacting us if you suspect unauthorized activity.

9. Your privacy rights and choices

Depending on your location and subject to legal exceptions, you may have rights to:

Confirm whether we process your personal information and access it.

Correct inaccurate personal information.

Delete personal information.

Receive a copy of certain personal information in a portable format.
